I don't know if it's this job or what, but I'm getting blinkered, imprecise and making Alzheimer's-grade mistakes.  Been like this for a while.  If it doesn't change once I get out of this job I may need to see someone about it.  I don't want to be off my game while adapting to completely new places.

This message brought to you by the system here crapping itself.  This pleases me.

Overworked? Maybe take a break for a bit.

This is something that's been waxing and waning for years. Actually, it probably is just tiredness.

OR CANCER.

I think that's age (and aluminium pots). I frequently find myself wandering in a direction, and wondering what for a few seconds, or completely using the wrong words when I'm not concentrating.

You haven't been listening to Herr Beck's secret messages closely enough. The pots are for your head so the alien lizard elite don't suck the thoughts out of it.

That goes for you too Cam. Tin foil on the windows will only protect you while you sleep.

After 2 days in my last brain-dead desperation job, I started having tactile hallucinations, feeling that I was covered in spiderwebs. I started hearing and seeing things too, just a little, and couldn't string together a coherent sentence.

Boredom can affect you badly, to the point where your brain starts making up new stimuli just to avoid shutting down. It sucks, and it's something to be concerned about, but it (hopefully) fades away once you actually start doing something and your corpus callosum is no longer at risk of cot death.

Long working hours in an unhealthy office doing corporate grind -- that'll do it to you.

How was the club? Again, kicking myself I couldn't make it.

Club was fun. Ended up getting to bed just before 6.00am. Love those nights when you are just going to sleep when the sky is getting light. It makes everything seem weird :p

Golgotha, perhaps?

That I should be able to do. Theyve been delaying our pay by a day each week for the last few weeks, so I'm hoping come Friday I'll be cashed again. Either way I figure I'll just go - even if I have to borrow it the cash from the travel fund.
