Steve - Noir

Went on a Ripper walk. I believe this man's name was Steve, and he's a professional actor when he's not doing this. Thought he was interesting, and it was a treat photographing someone that photogenic while they were busy performing against textured backdrops.

Weird. While you were doing that I was watching Kolchack: The Night Stalker fighting Jack The Ripper* on YV.

(It was presented as Jack, but I think it was actually a robot Springheeled Jack. I don't think there's a connection between the Jacks.)

Nice. My Facebook (etc) profile picture is from a Jack tour I did, which was cheesy but fun. Different guy though. (In fact, that was so long ago it's scary.)

Very nice. I enjoyed my Ripper walk when I was in London. There were only three of us as it was a rainy day. Extra entertainment points to the American mother/daughter couple who made up our trio who had quite obviously thought Jack was a fictional character until right towards the end of the tour when they started quizzing the guide. they were quite freaked out to find out that Jack and his exploits were real ... and that Sherlock Holmes was fictional, I believe they were booked on the Holmes tour for the following evening :P

The Night Stalker had robot serial killers? That sounds a bit off for the precursor to Millennium.

Yeah, I was pretty happy with that one.

They never quite explain what Jack was, but he leapt a lot and electricity was the only thing that stopped him, so I'm thinkin' robot.

Also, the (unmade) third movie, The Night Killers, was about shape-shifting robots.

Fabulous lighting in the first pic...so much texture and drama.
Also really like the Eat and Drink photo and the final one for the colours and perspective.
The Ripper Walk sounds like a fun way to retell the story and get the audience engaged.
