I don't know if it's this job or what, but I'm getting blinkered, imprecise and making Alzheimer's-grade mistakes.  Been like this for a while.  If it doesn't change once I get out of this job I may need to see someone about it.  I don't want to be off my game while adapting to completely new places.

This is something that's been waxing and waning for years. Actually, it probably is just tiredness.
