Phase One: Complete

At some point within the next 24 hours I'll be purchasing a 5-7-stop round-the-world ticket. Checking to see if I can swing a stopover in either LA or NY en route to Frankfurt. If the timing's bad for USanians I can go via Asia instead, and do NY around September. But I still need to confirm any and all of that with the agency first.

EDIT: NY has to be September. Ce la vie. Probably flying out of London on the 22nd of August, and I can be in NY for 1-2 weeks. Longer if I get a better offer than flying back to Melbourne. :)

EDIT: At the moment this is the itinerary for the round-the-world ticket. I may forfeit the return Melbourne trip. It's there in case I can't secure a stay longer than three months

I thought you were going indefinitely?

I could well be. At the moment this is the itinerary for the round-the-world ticket. I may forfeit the return Melbourne trip. It's there in case I can't secure a stay longer than three months (should probably make that clear in the post.)

When you get the dates more firmly set, lemme know as regards your London leg. I have free lodging and good food and conversation available.

Sounds great. At the moment London may be a week-long layover prior to the Edinburgh fest, but I'll let you know for sure closer to the date. Thanks man.

Heh... heheheheh...

No, I won't say it.
