I love the way they counterpointed the heroic rhetoric and visual style with the ugly sweaty guy in the basement, clicking clicking clicking away. Success isn't valour, success is an endless supply of cheetos.
I think they had a great way of setting up and then illustrating the essential repetitive pointlessness of it. Kinda surprised Blizzard let them do it, but then I guess there's no such thing as bad publicity. The box set of that season came with a Warcraft trial.
But I just loved the counterpoint between the setup of this menace, and the cutaway to that guy: open mouthed, glasses slipping down nose, pushes them back up, click click click. Pretty much what stabarinde said.
